HUNTSVILLE POST BULLETIN
The officers and directors of the Huntsville Post of SAME have
converted our current newsletter process to an electronic newsletter submitted to members
by email. There were several reasons for this decision: (1) the cost of
producing the newsletter each month has steadily increased over time (2) the cost for
mailing the newsletter has steadily increased and could again increase due to increases by
the U.S. Postal Service, and (3) the time to process information through the newsletter
process to all members is approximately two or three weeks. With the newsletter
being sent to members via email, members can be easily informed of important changes to
meeting times or locations. At this time, the Huntsville Post has approximately 300
members from several states. In the event that each member needs to be contacted, it
is a very large task.
Special issues of the bulletin will be sent out via U.S. Postal Service as required.

availability will be provided on our listserver.
